Work experience: Tom heads up our business development and marketing, working with the team to drive the business forward. He is responsible for ensuring we’re well known for what we do and how we do it, or as we like to call it ‘The Blue Feathers Way’. He brings a wealth of experience at a senior level in global investment banks, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and RBS. A Chartered Accountant by training, Tom enjoys supporting the team to ensure we remain best in class.
