Guided self-assessment
Created a self-appraisal tool to inform a personalised development plan for each team member
Designed and delivered training
Agreed focus areas, outcomes and developed a learner journey for each, including training
Brought senior leaders onboard
Worked with leaders throughout, setting them up as champions, to support colleagues throughout their learning journey
