Susie Partridge

Susie leads the Blue Feathers team. She is a consumer-led strategic thinker skilled in brand management, marketing process development and coaching. Susie draws on deep experience having successfully led brands and teams in blue chip businesses across multiple industries and global regions: Unilever, British Gas, Coca-Cola, Kimberley-Clark, L’Oréal Paris and now with clients at Tesco, Cambridge Assessment (part of the University of Cambridge) and Citipost.

Adele Henkes

Adele is a full mix, classically trained marketer with consultancy experience across both B2C and B2B sectors. She has managed brands in blue chip consumer goods and luxury goods businesses, including Tetley Tea, Grand Marnier and Hennessy Cognac for LVMH/Moet Hennessy. Adele is a strategic thinker, expert at interpreting research and identifying meaningful insights that transform brands and businesses. Her experience is complemented by a Business Economics degree and a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Catherine Russell

Catherine is a senior copywriter with over 20 years’ experience within advertising agencies. She has a passion for long copy and is particularly strong on turning complex information into friendly, readable copy. She’s also a tone of voice specialist with a keen eye for detail – skills honed over the years on clients including Change4Life, Vodafone, HSBC, Drinkaware and Whizz-Kidz.

Christina Bertram

Christina is a marketing and communications specialist with over 15 years of experience leading iconic brands. From running global campaigns for established brands like Absolut Vodka, to developing the brand positioning, communications strategy and marketing plans for high growth brands like Aperol she combines a clear strategic vision with commercially driven executions. With a digitally savvy mind, Christina is passionate about connecting brands and consumers through relevance, emotion and purpose.

Jess Poore

Jess is a senior marketing specialist with experience across a breadth of areas from brand and commercial marketing to customer experience. Her passion is putting customers front and centre to drive business growth and customer happiness. She has over 20 years of experience working in telco, financial services and home services businesses including BT, Sky, Capital One, British Gas and Virgin Media. Jess brings together data and insight, creativity and commercial understanding to shape powerful brand and marketing strategies.

Jessica Duncanson

Jessica specialises in marketing strategy and campaign management. With over 18 years of experience, Jessica loves to make the complex simple whilst building strong relationships, no matter how challenging the situation. She has worked across a wide range of clients including Nuffield Health, British Cheese Board, the Food Standards Agency and the British Red Cross. Jessica is well known for being fast, organised and very dedicated to her projects, with a strong drive to ensure outstanding results.

Jessie Woelke

Jessie is a brand development specialist with extensive experience working internationally within advertising, brand and retail, including Ogilvy & Mather, Unilever, GSK, Weleda and Tesco. Well known for her belief in the power of a great brand, Jessie enjoys nothing more than developing and managing consumer brands, working from when there is just a speck of an idea through to getting the finished product on shelf.

Kate Scammell-Anderson

Kate is a brand and marketing strategist who loves solving clients’ challenges. Purpose and data-driven, she has over 20 years of experience in designing and leading strategic marketing projects, to optimise brand and marketing performance. Working across a broad range of industries and brands including The Adecco Group, Cobalt Recruitment, HSBC and The AA, Kate has honed the application of her creative, analytical and strategic thinking to deliver solutions that consistently drive strong results.

Liz Forder

Liz is a highly accomplished marketer with both client-side and consultancy experience. She is a committed and engaging team player with very strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills. Liz honed her skills during a 15-year career working across the Mars Confectionery portfolio. As a consultant Liz has managed a portfolio of leading global B2B and B2C clients including BT, Marks & Spencer, Shell, Legal & General, Castrol, Boots, Morrisons, Merlin Entertainment, and Tesco. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their potential.

Lizzie Hanbury-Tenison

Lizzie is a brand strategy and marketing campaign specialist with extensive leadership experience at some of the UK’s most loved brands and retailers, including Charlotte Tilbury, Estee Lauder Companies, Boden, Gap, Green & Blacks and Boots. She combines bold strategic thinking with a creative flair and an insatiable curiosity to create limitless visions for the brands and people she collaborates with. An eternal optimist and a true team player she adores immersing herself in businesses to support teams in exceeding their expectations.

Michelle Solomon

Michelle is a brand and communications strategist with experience working for blue chip companies, government bodies and national charities, including E.ON, Severn Trent, National Grid, Shelter, Food Standards Agency and British Red Cross. With a degree in psychology, Michelle likes using her skills to identify what drives and motivates customers and colleagues. Charming, tenacious and persistent, Michelle is passionate about customer experience and enjoys facilitating workshops to unearth actionable insight for clients.

Natalie Richards

Natalie is a highly experienced brand strategist and expert facilitator who has worked for a wide range of corporates, national charities and government organisations. Intuitive, pragmatic and creative, Natalie enjoys working collaboratively with clients to shape big thinking. She is a master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and behaviour change. Her client experience includes Johnson & Johnson, Waterstones, Bollinger, Lloyds TSB, Barnado’s, Shelter and the Food Standards Agency.

Tom Partridge

Tom specialises in driving change that enables organisations and people to excel. He brings a wealth of experience leading large-scale business transformation at a senior level in global investment banks, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and RBS. A Chartered Accountant by training, Tom supports the team on strategy development projects and keeps the operational cogs turning at Blue Feathers.
